A public-private partnership has been established in collaboration with the City of Pine Bluff to ensure the appropriate utilization of funding for the successful implementation of the 27 initiatives outlined in the Plan. GFPB aims to enhance the city's revenue streams, preserve its population base, facilitate population relocation, and generate increased tourism and consumer interest.
